How to Write a Research Project

How to Write a Research Project Online

NOTE: if you're unable to attend on Februrary 11, this talk will be held again on March 2.

This talk will present a general approach to writing research projects, focusing on the composition and arrangements of paragraphs. This approach has been useful to countless students at all levels. The idea is to spend then next few months, not just writing your project, but becoming a better, more confident, writer.

It is the first talk in the Craft of Research Series. Throughout the spring, we will hold a talk every Thursday afternoon on various aspects of the research and writing process to help you complete your year-end projects. Whether it's your first project or your final master's thesis, there will be something for you in these talks. Each talk lasts approximately one hour, with plenty of time for questions afterwards.
