How to Know Things

How to Know Things In-Person

Knowledge isn't just something we have, it's something we use. It's both an asset and a competence. After we have learned something, we are knowledge-able about it. That is, we are both able-to-know it (and similar things) and enabled-by-knowing it (to do things we couldn't otherwise do).

From mid-September to mid-November, the CBS Library hosts a running seminar to support your learning efforts. How can you get the most out of the resources and opportunities that a modern university setting provides? How can you acquire the knowledge you need, not just to pass your courses, but to succeed in your career? The seminar is supported by a series of online talks that you can view here [Click Here].

You can attend as many times as you like.
