How to Write the Discussion

How to Write the Discussion In-Person

Your empirical conclusions will often have either theoretical or practical implications. In your discussion section, you make these consequences for theory or practice explicit, and this talk will explain how to do that most effectively.

This talk is part of the Craft of Research Series. Throughout the spring, we will hold a talk every Wednesday evening on various aspects of the research and writing process to help you complete your year-end projects. Whether it's your first project or your final master's thesis, there will be something for you in these talks. Each talk lasts approximately one hour, with plenty of time for questions afterwards.

Please note that this course may be recorded. For further information, please consult the CBS Privacy Policy.
