FAIR by Default: Building Reproducible Digital Research Projects Online

How can researchers integrate FAIR principles into their digital and data science workflows without becoming tech experts? This talk demonstrates a practical approach that makes FAIR the default for computational research: a guided template standardizes project structure, locks computational environments, versions code and datasets, and includes backup tools. A live machine-actionable DMP (maDMP) and one-click publishing to approved repositories (e.g., Dataverse/Zenodo) provide a straightforward path to make your data science projects reproducible and compliant with institutional standards from day one.

Speaker: Kristoffer Gulmark Poulsen is a data scientist and HPC administrator at Copenhagen Business School, working on supercomputing, research data management, and financial databases.

This session is part of Nordic Love Data Day activities at CBS. Whether you're just starting with FAIR principles or looking to streamline your current practices, come learn practical tools to make reproducible research easier!
