Find sources for literature reviews with AI In-Person

Searching for academic literature can be challenging, especially when it’s hard to identify the right keywords and choose effective search strategies across different platforms.

Without strong keywords and a clear approach, searches can become time-consuming and frustrating. Important research may be overlooked, results may feel overwhelming or irrelevant, and AI tools may not deliver their full potential.

This course introduces three effective ways of searching the literature - subject searching, citation searching, and author searching - and shows how to use them together with AI in library resources and on the open web.

You will learn how to:

  • Find and refine high-quality keywords

  • Apply three complementary search strategies

  • Use these methods in library resources and Google

  • Make better use of AI tools when searching
